I BUILD sovereign AI SYSTEMS — MACHINES THAT watch, heal, AND remember. ONE OPERATOR. AN ENTIRE studio OF SOFTWARE, RUN LIKE A workforce.

AEGIS
the OS & THE SYSTEM THAT RUNS IT

A sovereign AI operating system that runs a fleet of models like a supervised workforce — it observes, self-heals, remembers, and audits itself. Everything on this page was built inside it.

Fleet Supervision Self-Healing Sovereign Memory Self-Auditing

AEGIS is the spine. A hub-and-spoke operating system where AI agents are hired, watched, corrected, and remembered — not just prompted. It schedules work across machines, isolates every session in its own worktree, and keeps a durable memory of every decision it makes.

It absorbed its own tooling as OS views: a /motion view (a full scroll-choreography design environment), a health module — an instrumented coaching engine fed by a wearable biometrics pipeline (the system is public; the data never is) — and a live fleet dashboard.

The point isn't any single agent. The point is the system that runs them.

/Motion View

An in-OS motion-design environment — scroll choreography, kinetic type and section builds, prototyped and replayed inside AEGIS itself.

/Health Module

A rule-based coaching engine + dashboard wired to a self-hosted wearable biometrics feed. Fully instrumented, fully private — the engine is the exhibit, never the numbers.

/Fleet Dashboard

Every agent, every machine, every session — one pane of glass with live status, restarts, and audit trails.

Built with and for others — real collaborators, real ships. Proudly secondary: these aren't mine, but I made them move.

The whole wall — go through all the cards. New work drops in here first; the best of it graduates upward. Filter it your way.
